If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Website. You must be Eighteen (18) years old or older to place an order on this site.

Ordering Online

In order to provide you with the lowest possible prices, we only accept orders online and by phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and PayPal. The technology we use for online orders assures you of a secure transaction. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Privacy takes your security and privacy seriously. Data collection and the use of data collected from the website is governed by our Privacy Policy which we encourage you to review.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7.75% is charged to California shipping addresses only.


Within the 48 Contiguous States of the USA: During the online ordering process you will be given a choice of shipment methods. When you complete an order form on this website, shipping charges will automatically be calculated and added to your order (where applicable). Orders that are in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours. If there will be any delay due to availability or stock on hand, we will contact you by email or by phone.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Canada: Shipping is available for some products for an additional charge, please call us at 888-475-2386 to place your order. See our Warranty and Exchange page for international shipping warranty and returns.

Shipping Locations

We ship from five warehouses across the US, depending on the part ordered:

The submitted order will normally be shipped from the warehouse that is nearest to you, depending on availability. Estimated time for delivery is 2-6 business days for ground shipping.

Some orders that include more than one part may ship from more than one warehouse and may arrive at different times.

Next Day and Second Day Delivery Option

Next Day and Second Day Delivery shipments will be delivered by 5 PM for businesses and 8 PM for residential deliveries.

Second Day Delivery shipments will be delivered before end of day.

Please Note: All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential addresses. In addition, if you live in a “blackout area”, overnight and second night is not guaranteed by any shipping company. We will not be held responsible for delays such as: adverse weather conditions; train derailment; incorrect routing by the shipping carrier; incorrect deliveries. Delays such as these are beyond our control, and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for reasons such as these.

Saturday, Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available, except for residential FedEx ground delivery.

In the event of a shipping dispute, you must contact the shipping company and resolve the dispute with them directly. (See phone numbers below.)

Please Note:

Shipping Cut Off Times

Orders must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. We do our best to ship most packages the same day, but we cannot guarantee that. Therefore, your order may leave our warehouse more than one business day after your credit card charge.

Shipments Refused

Orders that have left our warehouse can not be stopped. Any order refused upon delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fees plus applicable shipping costs.

Signature Required

Most residential shipments will require a signature (except PayPal payments under $750). If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a note on your door and attempt another two deliveries. After that the package will go to a holding location for 7 days. If you are unavailable, you should leave a note on the door for the driver asking to leave the package at a certain area of the house and sign the note with your full name. It is up to the discretion of the driver to leave the package or not. You can also contact the shipping company and ask to have the package held at the nearest holding location near you: FedEx holding locations; UPS Holding Locations

Parts Damaged In Shipping

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please notify us and the shipping company within 72 hours. will not be responsible for items damaged in transit, but we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the problem immediately.

Shipping Refund

The cost of shipping will be refunded only in those instances where the return is a result of our error in shipping the wrong part, and within 30 days of original invoice date.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused Items

  1. We will exchange or refund most new and remanufactured non-defective items within 30 days of the original receipt of your product. Refunds are not given for Non-Returnable Parts.
  2. Parts returned must not be used, installed, disassembled, tampered with or damaged due to improper handling.
  3. Parts returned must be in resalable condition, in the original packaging, complete with all parts, hardware and original documentation.
  4. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) or they will not be refunded - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  5. We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns, plus return shipping costs on shipping refusal.
  6. Shipping, including shipping expenses, is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not refundable unless the return is a result of our error in shipping the wrong part. (Your online receipt is what we go by. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the information on the receipt if you placed the order over the phone.)

Wrong Part Ordered

If you need to exchange an unused part that was ordered incorrectly for a correct one, we will ship you another and send you a prepaid shipping label for the incorrect one for just our cost of shipping. The decision to refund or replace a part is made solely at the discretion of and is final.

Warranty and Exchange

Most of our parts carry a 1 year unlimited miles warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty items will only be replaced with the exact same product ordered, unless it is no longer available. Defects must be confirmed by or the manufacturer of the part(s). Please complete our Return Form to request a warranty return.

  1. Warranty Items will not be refunded, only replaced.
  2. Wear and tear items, such as flex discs, will not be warranted.
  3. Cosmetic issues, such as paint or small nicks, will not be warranted
  4. Parts that are abused or neglected, such as lack of maintenance and lubrication when necessary, will not be warranted.
  5. Individual repair parts purchased to repair a driveshaft, such as Center support, CV joints, U-joints are not warranted.
  6. Items will not be exchanged for other parts.
  7. All warranty items must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), or they will not be accepted NO EXCEPTIONS.
  8. Items that have been warranted more than one time will require documents from a registered automotive repair shop showing professional installation and diagnostic data in order to be covered under warranty if failure happens again.
  9. Defective merchandise must be received by before we ship a warrantied item replacement. Alternately, you may request that we charge a deposit to your credit card. Then we will ship you the replacement and refund the deposit when we receive the warranty part from you.
  10. We will, at our option, replace or repair the part free of charge and return it to you postage prepaid.

Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico Warranty

Free shipping will not be applicable to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico in case of warranty. It will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay for shipping of the warranty part to our warehouse and for shipping of a replacement part, including and not limited to custom duties, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Parts

The following products are not returnable: Custom orders, special orders and products cut to length.

Driveshaft Core Returns

Driveshaft Core Returns do not require return authorization. A PREPAID SHIPPING return label will be attached to the side. Simply secure this label on top of the original shipping label. Place the old driveshaft in the shipping box and close the box securely. Then give the box to the appropriate UPS or FEDEX shipping store. (Return label does not provide shipping company pick up at your door.) We will credit your credit card account for the price of the core within 15 business days after receiving the core. All cores must be returned within 45 days from time of purchase. No refunds will be issued after that.

Order Cancellation

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Because of that, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so on the same day the order was placed and BEFORE 11 AM PST Monday-Friday by contacting our customer service by email only. We will do our best to stop and cancel an order. No orders can be cancelled after shipping.

Shipments Refused

Orders that have left our warehouse cannot be stopped since they are in the control of the shipping company. Any order refused upon delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fees plus applicable shipping costs.

Refund Issuance

Refunds and credits will be issued within 15 business days of the returned part/core arrival, in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase.

To Return an Item authorizes and confirms all returns using a system that allows us to track your returns in-house. We inspect each and every return for proper paperwork and/or defect, as specified by the customer prior to the return. We can only do so with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

  1. Please complete the Return Form to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
  2. When we receive the information from the RGA, we will contact you with questions or directions to complete your exchange or return.

When your return arrives with appropriate documentation at, it will be inspected for compliance with our return requirements. If all requirements are met, a replacement will be shipped or a refund for the cost of part(s) or core(s) (plus any applicable sales tax) minus 15% restocking fee and shipping charges, if applicable. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of the returned part arrival, in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase. Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable.
