If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use the WholesaleImportParts.com Website. You must be Eighteen (18) years old or older to place an order on this site.

In order to provide you with the lowest possible prices, we only accept orders on-line. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. The technology we use for on-line orders assures you of a secure transaction. For more information, please read our Privacy policy (below).

We collect contact information (including your e-mail address and mailing address), and financial information (including credit card numbers). We use this information to process orders and to inform shipping warehouses to ensure that orders are shipped to the right address and to verify shipping and billing information. We also use this information to contact you regarding your order when necessary and to send offers for WholesaleImportParts.com products and services. If you do not want to receive such offers, please contact us. This site identifies your IP address to help identify you and your shopping cart. This site also uses "cookies" to ensure the proper function of your shopping cart. WholesaleImportParts.com will not sell, rent or give your contact information to anyone without your consent, unless we must respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes.

We can only ship within the 48 contiguous states of the USA. During the on-line ordering process you will be given a choice of shipment methods. When you complete an order form on this website, shipping charges will automatically be calculated and added to your order. Orders that are in stock are shipped with 24 hours. If there will be any delay due to availability or stock on hand, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone.

Some orders will be shipped from more than one warehouse and will arrive at different times.

Saturday, Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available.

Please Note: We do our best to ship on time, but circumstances beyond our control may delay the delivery of an order. As a result, we are unable to guarantee delivery schedules.

All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential addresses, in addition if you live in a “blackout area” overnight and second night is not guaranteed by any shipping company. We are also not responsible for any delays that occur such as: adverse weather conditions, train derailment, incorrect routing by the shipping carrier and incorrect deliveries. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.

Shipping Disputes: In the event of a shipping dispute, you must contact the Shipping Company and resolve the dispute with them directly. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the shipper/courier of any damage to the package at time of delivery.

Shipments Refused: Orders that have left our warehouse can not be stopped since they are in the control of the shipping company. Any order refused upon delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (Driveshafts 30%), plus shipping expenses.

Sales tax of 8.75% is charged to California shipping addresses only.

Customer satisfaction is our main goal at WholesaleImportParts.com.

• We will replace or refund most new and remanufactured non-defective items. Refunds are not given for Non-Returnable Parts.
• Defective items will only be replaced with the exact same product, unless they are no longer available. Defects must be confirmed by WholesaleImportParts.com or the manufacturer of the part(s).
• We reserve the right to charge a 25% (30% for Driveshafts) re-stocking fee for all refunds. (except for core refunds).

All returns must meet certain requirements. Please see our RETURNS page for details.

Shipping, including shipping expenses, is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

The decision to refund or replace a part is made solely at the discretion of WholesaleImportParts.com and is final.

Items such as drive shafts, starters, alternators, rack & pinions, etc. have a core return value. A core deposit shown on your quote will be added to your total order. This charge is refundable upon receipt of your old core, subject to the following requirements.

The core must be:

• Complete and in rebuildable condition
• Free of all fluids
• Securely wrapped in plastic and sealed against leaks
• In the original packaging
• Received by WholesaleImportParts.com within 45 days of receipt of the product.

All returns, including Core Returns, require a Return Authorization Number. Please click here for instructions on how To Return An Item.

Please note: Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All parts sold through WholesaleImportParts.com are covered by their respective Manufacturer's Warranty, which is specified on our website. WholesaleImportParts.com guarantees that at the time of shipment, the products sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you have received a defective product, please go to our RETURNS page and follow the directions there.

WholesaleImportParts.com shall not be responsible for the cost of removal and installation of any warranty part. WholesaleImportParts.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the products sold. WholesaleImportParts.com will not be liable for the use of information on this website, including and not limited to, technical support, customer service or any other services given by WholesaleImportParts.com. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
