In the Event of a Shipping Dispute

In the event of a shipping dispute you must contact the shipping company and resolve the dispute with them directly.

  1. Within 48 hours after placing your order, we will automatically send you an email message with an order tracking number.
  2. Contact the shipping company and provide them with the tracking number from the shipping company.
  3. If the shipping company agrees to a refund of shipping costs, they will provide you with a shipping refund authorization number.
  4. Contact WholesaleImportParts.com with the shipping company's shipping refund authorization number and a brief explanation.
  5. WholesaleImportParts.com will credit your credit card with the refund amount after confirming the details with the shipping company.
