Shipments Refused Core Returns Driveshaft Core Returns How to Return an Item
- We will replace or refund most new non-defective items. Refunds are not given for Non-Returnable Parts.
- It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to order the correct parts. We provide as much information as possible to help you order the correct parts. For example, many items have pictures and notes to help you select the correct part. If you are not sure, call our customer service department for help or contact a dealer for the correct part number. You will be able to use this part number on our website in the “Search by Part Number” area located in the upper left-hand corner of the website.
- Defective items will only be replaced with the exact same product, unless they are no longer available. Defects must be confirmed by WholesaleImportParts.com or the manufacturer of the part(s).
- Parts exchanged for other parts will be handled as a return.
- We reserve the right to charge a 25% (30% for Driveshafts) re-stocking fee for all refunds (except for core refunds).
- Parts must be returned within 30 days of the original receipt of your product. Cores must be returned within 60 days.
- Parts returned must be in resalable condition, in the original packaging, complete with all parts, hardware and original documentation.
- Parts returned must not be used, installed, disassembled or damaged due to improper handling or installation.

Shipping, including shipping expenses, is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.
The decision to refund or replace a part is made solely at the discretion of WholesaleImportParts.com and is final.

Shipments Refused Core Returns Driveshaft Core Returns How to Return an Item
The core must be:
- Complete and in rebuildable condition
- Free of all fluids
- Securely wrapped in plastic and sealed against leaks (where applicable)
- In the original packaging
- Received by WholesaleImportParts.com within 60 days of receipt of the product.

Please note: Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of driveshafts.
Driveshaft Core Returns do not require return authorization. A PREPAID UPS return label is attached to the side of the box. Simply secure this label on top of the original shipping label. Place the old driveshaft in the shipping box and close the box securely. Then give the box to any UPS driver or take it to any UPS Store. We will credit your credit card account for the price of the core within 12 business days.

- Please complete the appropriate RETURN FORM to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.)
- When you have received an R.A.N., securely package the product with the R.A.N CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
When your return arrives with appropriate documentation at WholesaleImportParts.com, it will be inspected for compliance with our return requirements. If all requirements are met, a replacement will be shipped or a refund for the cost of part(s) or core(s) (plus any applicable sales tax) minus 25% (30% for Driveshafts) restocking fee will be issued within 12 business days of the returned part arrival, in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase. Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable. CORES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE.
Please Note:
- Returned items that do not clearly show a WholesaleImportParts.com Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.)on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
- Items sent back to the shipping warehouse, and not to our Cypress location as we request, may not be credited if lost.
- COD shipments will not be accepted.
- Items incorrectly shipped to WholesaleImportParts.com will be considered a delivery refusal and be returned to the sender at their expense.
WholesaleImportParts.com accepts shipments through common shipping companies only. Walk-ins will be refused.
