Return Policies
Customer satisfaction is our main goal at WholesaleImportParts.com. We will accept part returns for any reason that falls within our return policies.

New Items

  1. We will replace or refund most new and remanufactured non-defective items within 30 days of the original receipt of your product. Refunds are not given for Non-Returnable Parts.
  2. Parts returned must not be used, installed, disassembled or damaged due to improper handling.
  3. Parts returned must be in resalable condition, in the original packaging, complete with all parts, hardware and original documentation.

Warranty Items

  1. Most of our parts carry a one year warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty items will only be replaced with the exact same products, unless they are no longer available. Defects must be confirmed by WholesaleImportParts.com or the manufacturer of the part(s).
  2. Wear and Tear Items (such as *brake pads, *brake rotors, spark plugs, filters, belts, clutch disc, clutch pressure plate, hoses, etc.) will not be warranted.
  3. Parts that are abused or neglected, such as lack of maintenance and lubrication when necessary, will not be warranted.
  4. Items will not be refunded, only replaced.
  5. Items will not be exchanged for other parts.
  6. Item will need to be sent back for replacement or re-purchased and then credited when we get the warranty part back.
  7. Free shipping will not be applied for warranty items or re-purchase after 60 days.

The decision to refund or replace a part is made solely at the discretion of WholesaleImportParts.com or the parts manufacturer and is final.

Non-Returnable Parts
The following products are not returnable:

  1. Custom orders, special orders and products cut to length
  2. All automotive repair manuals
  3. Electrical Parts and Components (such as: alternators, starters, ECUs, fuel injection and electrical sensors, fuel pumps, electrical motors, relays, switches, distributors, bulbs, etc.)

Shipping Refund

The cost of shipping will be refunded only in those instances where the return is a result of our error only, and within 30 days of original invoice date

Warranty items will receive free shipping only within 60 days of original invoice date, after 60 days, shipping of the part to us and the cost of shipping a replacement part back will be the responsibility of the customer, except on driveshafts, where we cover a full one year of shipping for the replacement part and the return back of the warranty item.

Restocking Fee

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to order the correct parts. We provide as much information as possible to help you order the correct parts. For example, many items have pictures, measurements and notes to help you select the correct part. If you are not sure, call our Customer Service Department for help or contact a dealer for the correct part number. You will be able to use this part number on our website in the “Search by Part Number” area located in the upper left-hand corner of the website.

Parts Damaged In Shipment
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please notify the shipping company. WholesaleImportParts.com will not be responsible for items damaged in transit.

Shipments Refused
Orders that have left our warehouse can not be stopped since they are in the control of the shipping company. Any order refused upon delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fees.

Core Returns
Items such as drive shafts, starters, alternators, rack & pinions, etc., have a core return value. A core deposit shown on your quote will be added to the total order. This charge is fully refundable upon receipt of your old core, subject to the following requirements.

The core must be:

  1. Complete and in rebuildable condition
  2. Free of all fluids
  3. Securely wrapped in plastic and sealed against leaks (where applicable)
  4. In the original packaging
  5. Received by WholesaleImportParts.com within 45 days of receipt of the product.

All returns, including Core Returns (except drive shaft cores), require a Return Authorization Number. Please click here for instructions on how To Return An Item.

Please note: Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of driveshafts.

Driveshaft Core Returns do not require return authorization. A PREPAID UPS return label is attached to the side of the box or we will email you one. Simply secure this label on top of the original shipping label. Place the old driveshaft in the shipping box and close the box securely. Then give the box to any UPS driver or any UPS Store. (Return label does not provide UPS pick up at your door.) We will credit your credit card account for the price of the core within 20 business days after receiving the core.

Refund Issuance
Refunds and credits will be issued within 20 business days of the returned part/core arrival, in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase.

To Return An Item
WholesaleImportParts.com authorizes and confirms all returns using a system that allows us to track your returns in-house. We inspect each and every return for proper paperwork and/or defect, as specified by the customer prior to the return.

  1. Please complete the appropriate RETURN FORM to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.)
    1. New Parts / Warranty Parts Return Form
    2. Core Return Form
  2. When you have received an R.A.N., securely package the product with the R.A.N CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.

When your return arrives with appropriate documentation at WholesaleImportParts.com, it will be inspected for compliance with our return requirements. If all requirements are met, a replacement will be shipped or a refund for the cost of part(s) or core(s) (plus any applicable sales tax) minus 25% (30% for Driveshafts) restocking fee will be issued within 20 business days of the returned part arrival, in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase. Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable. CORES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE.

Please Note:

WholesaleImportParts.com accepts shipments through common shipping companies only. Walk-ins will be refused.

Limited Liability
WholesaleImportParts.com shall not be responsible for the cost of removal and installation of any warranty part. WholesaleImportParts.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the products sold. WholesaleImportParts.com will not be liable for the use of information on this website, including and not limited to, technical support, customer service or any other services given by WholesaleImportParts.com. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE TARGET CORPORATION BUSINESSES UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES FOR LIABILITIES THAT OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE BEEN LIMITED SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
