Customer satisfaction is our main goal at WholesaleImportParts.com. We will accept part returns for any reason that falls within our return policies.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to order the correct parts. We provide as much information as possible to help you order the correct parts. For example, many items have pictures, measurements and notes to help you select the correct part. If you are not sure, please call our Customer Service Department for help or contact a dealer for the correct part number.
Returns and Exchanges
- We will exchange or refund most new and remanufactured non-defective items within 30 days of the original receipt of your product. Refunds are not given for Non-Returnable Parts.
- Parts returned must not be used, installed, disassembled, tampered with or damaged due to improper handling.
- Parts returned must be in resalable condition, in the original packaging, complete with all parts, hardware and original documentation.
- All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) or they will not be refunded - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for all refunds plus any actual shipping costs, such in the case of free shipping. We may waive this policy in cases where we made an error and shipped you the wrong part. (Your online receipt is what we go by. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the information on the receipt if you placed the order over the phone.)
- Shipping, including shipping expenses, is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not refundable unless the return is a result of our error in shipping the wrong part
Wrong Part Ordered
If you need to exchange an unused part that was ordered incorrectly for a correct one, we will ship you another and send you a prepaid shipping label for the incorrect one for just our cost of shipping. The decision to refund or replace a part is made solely at the discretion of WholesaleImportParts.com and is final.
Warranty and Exchange
Most of our parts carry a 1 year unlimited miles warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty items will only be replaced with the exact same product ordered, unless it is no longer available. Defects must be confirmed by WholesaleImportParts.com or the manufacturer of the part(s). Please complete our Return Form to request a warranty return.
- Warranty Items will not be refunded, only replaced.
- Wear and tear items (such as flex discs, axle boots, CV kits, bolts, hoses, etc.) will not be warranted.
- Cosmetic issues, such as paint or small nicks, will not be warranted
- Parts that are abused or neglected, such as lack of maintenance and lubrication when necessary, will not be warranted.
- Items will not be exchanged for other parts.
- All warranty items must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), or they will not be warranted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Items that have been warranted more than one time will require documents from a registered automotive repair shop showing professional installation and diagnostic data in order to be covered under warranty if failure happens again.
- Defective merchandise must be received by WholesaleImportParts.com before we ship a warrantied item replacement. Alternately, you may request that we charge a hold or deposit to your credit card. Then we will ship the warrantied item replacement, and we will credit your credit card the amount of the hold or deposit when we receive the defective merchandise from you.
- We will, at our option, replace or repair the part free of charge and return it to you postage prepaid.
Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico Warranty
Free shipping will not be applicable to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico in case of warranty. It will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay for shipping of the warranty part to our warehouse and for shipping of a replacement part, including and not limited to custom duties, if applicable.
The following products are not returnable:
- Custom orders, special orders and products cut to length
- All automotive repair manuals
- Electrical parts and components (such as: electrical sensors, electrical pumps, electrical motors, relays, switches, etc.)
Driveshaft Core Returns
Driveshaft Core Returns do not require return authorization. A PREPAID SHIPPING return label is attached to the side of the box or we will email you one. Simply secure this label on top of the original shipping label. Place the old driveshaft in the shipping box and close the box securely. Then give the box to the appropriate UPS or FEDEX shipping store. (Return label does not provide Shipping Company pick up at your door.) We will credit your credit card account for the price of the core within 15 business days after receiving the core. All cores must be returned within 45 days from time of purchase. No refunds will be issued after that.
All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Because of that, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so on the same day the order was placed and BEFORE 11 AM PST Monday-Friday by contacting our customer service by email only. No orders can be cancelled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday 12PM PST to Monday 8AM PST cannot be canceled, as these are processed over the weekend for shipment.
Orders that have left our warehouse can not be stopped since they are in the control of the shipping company. Any order refused upon delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fees plus applicable shipping costs.
Refunds and credits will be issued within 15 business days of the returned part/core arrival, in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase.
To Return an Item
WholesaleImportParts.com authorizes and confirms all returns using a system that allows us to track your returns in-house. We inspect each and every return for proper paperwork and/or defect, as specified by the customer prior to the return. We can only do so with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
- Please complete the Return Form to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
- When we receive the information from the RGA, we will contact you with questions or directions to complete your exchange or return.
When your return arrives with appropriate documentation at WholesaleImportParts.com, it will be inspected for compliance with our return requirements. If all requirements are met, a replacement will be shipped or a refund for the cost of part(s) or core(s) (plus any applicable sales tax) minus 15% restocking fee and shipping charges, if applicable. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of the returned part arrival, in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase. Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable.
- Returned items that do not clearly show a WholesaleImportParts.com Return Goods Authorization (RGA) on the outside of the package will not be accepted or refunded. We receive many packages and cannot follow up without a RGA.
- Items sent back to the shipping warehouse, and not as instructed, may not be credited if lost.
- COD shipments will not be accepted.
- Items incorrectly shipped to WholesaleImportParts.com will be considered a delivery refusal and be returned to the sender at their expense.
- WholesaleImportParts.com accepts shipments through common shipping companies only. Walk-ins will be refused.
WholesaleImportParts.com shall not be responsible for the cost of removal and installation (LABOR), TIME, RENTAL of any warranty part. WholesaleImportParts.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the products sold. WholesaleImportParts.com will not be liable for the use of information on this website, including and not limited to, technical support, customer service or any other services given by WholesaleImportParts.com. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE CONSUMERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AND OUR ONLY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THOSE STATED HEREIN. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE AUTO PART SOLD.
